Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At HYPERACK SDN. BHD., we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in good condition. If you receive a damaged item, please review our policy below.

1. Replacement Eligibility

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery and the damage renders the item unusable or unfit for its intended purpose, you may request a replacement.

To be eligible, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Please contact us via WhatsApp and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A clear photo of the Air Waybill (AWB) shipping label attached to the parcel
  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in your replacement request being declined.

2. Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must first contact our Customer Service for approval.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, together with all accessories and packaging where applicable.
3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made for the full amount paid for the returned product.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by HYPERACK.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received and verified.
  • The actual time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Eligible Claims

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the parcel has been received.
  • The required supporting documents (photos, AWB label, or unboxing video) are not provided.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • The damage does not affect the product's intended functionality.
