Frequently Asked Question

To perform a purchase :-

1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Click “View cart” to cancel any product from your cart and click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
3. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t hove an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
4. You’ll need to confirm your billing & shipping address then click “place order” button.
5. Next you’ll need to check your contact information and choose your payment method then click “pay RMXX” button to complete the order.

We accept payment via Senang Pay for website orders.

Senang Pay supports credit/debit card, online banking payment in Malaysia, eWallet (TnG and Boost).

Only if the order is still in pending status – Please send an email to our customers service email at  e-commerce@hyperack.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

Order cancellation after payment made or in shipping or shipped is not allowed.

Delivery usually will takes about 3 working days to 5 working days.
